We are proud to announce Invitalia’s approval of the project presented by the team we are part of (lead partner Be-different) for the TOCC (Transizione Digitale Organismi Culturali e Creativi) call for proposals and PNRR funds, which aims to promote innovation and inclusive eco-design, also in terms of circular economy, and orient the public towards more environmentally and climate responsible behaviour.
The proposed project aims to create a digital platform (ITALIANcastles) for the valorisation of the historical and cultural heritage of Italian castles and medieval villages. It will start from the town of Carrara in the Lunigiana area, the “Land of a Hundred Castles”, a place with a rich history and an extraordinary cultural heritage, offering digital experiences capable of making visits interactive and engaging. The project also envisages a strong involvement of Local Authorities and Communities to ensure a comprehensive and sustainable valorisation of these cultural resources.
LiberActa’s contribution to the project will be implemented through the use of our Wikimuseum, which allows for the enhancement of tourist fruition in a participatory, inclusive and highly interactive manner with the possibility of multimedia content in a variety of formats, including virtual tours
