  • Register and profile his own account
  • Create/manage promotions
  • Directly issue coupons in active or inactive status
  • Burn/validate coupons or manage cards showed by the Consumer
[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What the Consumer can do with the platform?”]The consumer, after having downloaded the consumer app (each Merchant Network or Retail Chain or MMR can embed platform functionality into its own app) can:
  • Register himself and create his own account
  • Browse/find/select&buy Merchant promotions available in the network and receive coupons/cards related to the promotion
  • Retrieve owned coupons/cards
  • Activate owned coupons/ards when issued as inactive
  • Show selected coupon or cards to the Merchant for burning/validate or manage it in order to receive good/services
[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How much have to pay the Merchant in order to use platform services?”]Our pricing includes the payment of a monthly or annual subscription (starting from Small Retailer and increasing for Large Retailers) including a volume of prepaid services based on the subscription level chosen by the Merchant and to pay a small fee based on the number of extra coupons burned and value of transactions executed by the cards. In the case of Merchant Chains or MMR will be proposed to pay a fee based on a SLA tailored for the Customer needs.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can the Merchant or the store managers/staff use the platform without any app? “]Yes, all the functionality and services provided by the platform on the Merchant side can be integrated with existing retail systems (e-commerce and pyssical stores) thanks to a large set of API Rest available for managing issued coupons and cards. Coupons /cards may be burnt / validated by barcode readers/scanners connected to the retail system, while promotions can be managed by the customer applications (CRM / MDM / ERP / …) connected via API Rest with the platform. Actually the platform can be seen just as a (blockchain) Promotional Engine powering the customer core-business applications.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”May the coupons be used/shared among different Merchant (multi-Merchant loop)?”]Thanks to to power and flexibility of the Smartcontracts, it’s possible to create promotions for open loops in a multi-merchant context. Business rules embedded into Smartcontracts will provide a very large/flexible of conditions tailored for the different Merchants of the loop. [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”May the coupons be exchanged between Consumers?”]Yes, if allowed by the Merchant Network / Retail Chain / MMR, specific functionality is provided in order to allow the exchange of coupon / carnet between user of the platform enabled to the same loop.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How can the consumer control/verify his coupons/cards?”]The Consumer can directly control / verify any coupon inside his wallet or access to statistics concerning the use of its coupons. Unlike traditional applications where the users are forced to trust the systems that manage them, the openness / transparency of blockchain platform allow to anyone to verify their own transactions letting grow the trust on the entire platform.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is it possible to embed platform functionality / services into existing apps?”]Yes, any Merchant Network or Retail Chain or MMR can just use platform services embedding into their existing app the functionality provided by a large set of API Rest made available by the platform. [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”`{`all`}` how can i signup/login?”]There are three way to signup and login:
  • If the user has a Gmail Account, the Google Button on the login page can be used to signup (the first time) and then login. The user will be asked to select an account between his registered Gmail accounts.
  • If the user has a Facebook or Twitter account he can use the Facebook or Twitter button to login with his account on the selected social network. After the first access the user should continue to use the same social network button and the same account to login
  • if the user want to use a different email he can signup following the “signup” link on the bottom of the login page. In this case the user will be asked to provide an email and a password and at the end of the registration, an email will be sent to the address provided. The user must finally follow the instruction on that email to verify his account and then will be able to login using that email address and the chosen password in the login page.
To signup with a merchant role the user must be first enabled by the service provider or by the Liberacta technical support. After that the signup/login procedure is the same described in the points above.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”`{`all`}` I cannot succeed to log in. what can i do?”]

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”`{`all`}` How can i do to add a (web)app to my Home Screen?”]Android Start Chrome for Android and open the web page or site you want to save on the Home screen. Tap the Menu button and then select “Add to home screen”. Give the link a name so that Chrome adds it to the Home screen. The icon can be moved wherever you want and the chosen site will appear, like any other app, by tapping the link. Chrome for Android loads the website as if it were a “web app” in a way separate from the browser, to be able to close or resume from the app switcher (the button with two rectangles). Almost all other browsers for Android also have this function; for example, in Firefox for Android just touch the menu button, then Page and Add to Home. iPhone, iPad, e iPod Touch Start Safari on Apple’s iOS and go to the website page you want to add to the Home screen. Tap the Share button in the browser toolbar (the rectangle with an arrow pointing up at the top of an iPad screen and at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone or iPod Touch) and select “add to the Home”. You will be asked to give the link a name before touching the Add button. The link can be dragged and moved anywhere, even within an app’s folder. When you touch the icon, the site will be loaded into a regular tab within Safari. Other browsers, like Chrome for iOS, do not have this feature due to iOS limitations.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”`{`Merchant side`}` I’m to able to use camera in order to deliver or validate coupon/cards. What I’ve to do?”]Android with browser Chrome:
  • firstly check that is specifically used the URL prefix ‘https://’ since the prefix ‘http://’ doesn’t allow the use of camera
  • if the problem concerning the use of the camera is specific to the webapp
    • from the browser menu choose “settings”
    • select “advanced settings” -> “privacy” -> “site setting”
    • select “Camera” from the displayed list
    • make sure it is not in a locked state
    • if it is not blocked (how to request confirmation for its use)search the site list used by the webapp (bme- ..) and select it
    • press the “cancel and reset” button
    • return to the webapp menu
    • when using the camera remember to give consent to its use
  • if the problem persists on all applications that require the use of the camera
    • from the browser menu choose “settings”
    • choose “advanced settings” -> “privacy” -> “site setting”
    • select “delete browsing data”
    • return to the webapp menu
    • when using the camera remember to give consent to its use
