[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”What the Merchant can do with the platform?”]The Merchant, after having subscribed a service contract with the hosting Merchant Network and downloaded Merchant app, can:- Register and profile his own account
- Create/manage promotions
- Directly issue coupons in active or inactive status
- Burn/validate coupons or manage cards showed by the Consumer
- Register himself and create his own account
- Browse/find/select&buy Merchant promotions available in the network and receive coupons/cards related to the promotion
- Retrieve owned coupons/cards
- Activate owned coupons/ards when issued as inactive
- Show selected coupon or cards to the Merchant for burning/validate or manage it in order to receive good/services

- If the user has a Gmail Account, the Google Button on the login page can be used to signup (the first time) and then login. The user will be asked to select an account between his registered Gmail accounts.
- If the user has a Facebook or Twitter account he can use the Facebook or Twitter button to login with his account on the selected social network. After the first access the user should continue to use the same social network button and the same account to login
- if the user want to use a different email he can signup following the “signup” link on the bottom of the login page. In this case the user will be asked to provide an email and a password and at the end of the registration, an email will be sent to the address provided. The user must finally follow the instruction on that email to verify his account and then will be able to login using that email address and the chosen password in the login page.
- Be sure you are not browsing in Anonymous Mode
- Control the following browser settings
- cookies enabled
- cross-site tracking enabled
- firstly check that is specifically used the URL prefix ‘https://’ since the prefix ‘http://’ doesn’t allow the use of camera
- if the problem concerning the use of the camera is specific to the webapp
- from the browser menu choose “settings”
- select “advanced settings” -> “privacy” -> “site setting”
- select “Camera” from the displayed list
- make sure it is not in a locked state
- if it is not blocked (how to request confirmation for its use)search the site list used by the webapp (bme- ..) and select it
- press the “cancel and reset” button
- return to the webapp menu
- when using the camera remember to give consent to its use
- if the problem persists on all applications that require the use of the camera
- from the browser menu choose “settings”
- choose “advanced settings” -> “privacy” -> “site setting”
- select “delete browsing data”
- return to the webapp menu
